PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
I have practiced law in Halifax and Windsor, Nova Scotia
since my admission to the bar in 1977. I have a general practice with my primary focus
on real property transactions, corporate, commercial and municipal law. Clients include
the Town of Windsor, the Town of Hantsport, CMHC, Hants Kings Business
Development Center Ltd. and the Windsor Business Enhancement Society.

COURTS AND TRIBUNALS PRACTICED BEFORE:
I have appeared before many of the boards, tribunals and courts in the Province of Nova
Scotia, including the Supreme Court and the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal. As solicitor for the Town of
Windsor and the Town of Hantsport, I have appeared
before the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board. I have appeared on a periodic basis before
the Federal Court on Employment Insurance Issues and Canada Pension
Disability issues. As well, I have been before the Small Claims Court and the Residential Tenancies Board.
I was a former Chairman
of the Annapolis Valley Residential Tenancies Board.
