PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
I have practiced law in Wolfville and Kentville, Kings County, Nova Scotia
since my admission to the Bar in 2001 and have continuously practiced in
Kentville since May 2003. I have a general practice with my focus in real
estate transactions, civil litigation, corporate, commercial and municipal
law. Approximately 75 percent of my practice involves general real estate
transactions.

COURTS AND TRIBUNALS PRACTICED BEFORE:
I have appeared before most of the boards, tribunals and courts
in the province of Nova Scotia. I have appeared before the Supreme Court
of Nova Scotia on a regular basis and the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal on
a periodic basis. I have appeared before the Nova Scotia Utility and
Review Board as well. I also appear on a periodic basis before the Small
Claims Court and the Residential Tenancies Board.
PERSONAL INTERESTS:
My interests and hobbies include rugby - playing, coaching & refereeing,
soccer, golf and politics. |
