Land Title Registration

Effective December 1, 2004, the Province of Nova Scotia requires by law that all property owners have their land title converted to the new land titles system. Under the Land Title Legislation, if you sell a property, you must have your property migrated to the new on line registration system. Only lawyers licensed under the Land Titles Legislation will be eligible to migrate properties to the new land titles system.
